Terms of purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you are under 18 you must have a legal guardian's permission to shop. In connection with the purchase, you agree to our general terms of purchase and delivery ("Terms of purchase") and at the same time certify that you are either over 18 or have a legal guardian's permission to trade. Upon purchase, you, as a customer, accept our Terms of Sale as presented below.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions on an ongoing basis. The new version will start to apply from the time the Purchase Terms are published on our website.

All prices are final prices for you as a consumer. All prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT.

We reserve the right for obviously incorrect prices or information in the product description, which we are not bound by to you as a customer.


Purchase agreement
Purchase agreements will only be made when the customer confirms the purchase and has received an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our web shop system. In case of errors in eg. price, payment method, delivery method, etc. the customer should contact us as soon as possible to correct errors before the shipment takes place.

On the agreement you include with us, the Consumer Purchase Act, Distance and Home Sales Act and Personal Data Act are applied.

All orders must be paid by card in connection with the purchase. We use service from external party, Stripe, for handling card payments. All sensitive information, such as card information, is only processed by Stripe via a secure payment and SSL server. We therefore do not handle and store card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Stripes' payment services apply to Stripe's general terms and privacy policy, which you will find under each link.

Delivery time
We print all orders on demand, which means that the delivery time usually amounts to about 1 week in Sweden and 2 weeks outside Sweden. We reserve the right for the product to end with our supplier, and errors in our stock status, and then delivery can take another 1-2 weeks. All orders are packaged and sent to you. Each freight is handled individually and we choose the appropriate shipping method. If the package is small, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox as a delivery letter. Otherwise, via mailbox (MyPack) to your local post office or nearest delivery point.

In the event you did not retrieve your parcel within the time specified by the freight agent, the shipment will be returned to us. You will then be charged a fee of # kronor, which refers to our return and administration costs. Packages that have not been collected are not covered by the right of withdrawal and you are responsible for the costs of the return.

We have a unit shipping of SEK 39 domestic by post. For prices abroad we ask you to contact us for price information as we currently do not have a complete price list. We are not responsible for transport damages or lost packages that arise during shipping when the logistics are outside our control. However, in the event of lost or damaged parcels, we can complain to the postal service and either send a new item or offer the money back.

Open purchase / Right of withdrawal
For goods with printing, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. All goods are printed according to your order and manufactured in accordance with your instructions. The goods are thus exempt from the right of withdrawal because they are specially ordered and received such a clear personal touch referred to in the law on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (2005: 59) ("Distance and home sales law"), Chapter 2, Section 11. We therefore encourage you to be careful when ordering and read our size guide. When buying wrong size, we undertake to replace the garments for a fee of SEK 100 and that we get the garment in return.

On goods without printing, you have 14 days' right of withdrawal according to Distance and home sales. The withdrawal period applies from the day you received the goods. You can either switch to another product or get the money back. Before you return a product to us, you must first contact us and obtain our approval for the return. After you have obtained such approval, you must return the goods without delay in accordance with our instructions for returns. You stand for the return shipping yourself. The product must be unused in unopened packaging otherwise open purchase does not apply. We do not solve any goods that are sent to us as cash on delivery. It is also you who are responsible for the risk of the return, i.e. the risk of the goods coming away or being damaged during the return.

In the event of a fault with the delivery, such as faults in the goods, the wrong number of goods, damaged goods or the like, you as the client within reasonable time should contact [email protected] and state where the error exists. You may pay the cost for the return, but the return shipping will be refunded to you as soon as the goods have been received and the complaint approved by us. Compensation in the form of new goods takes place free of charge, provided that it is still packaged in unbroken original packaging.

Transport damaged goods must be submitted to the nearest delivery point together with all packaging.
Force majeure
We are exempt from penalties and damages if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented, delayed or made difficult by any circumstance which we reasonably could not have anticipated at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and whose consequences we could not have avoided or overcome. Such circumstances may include war, government action, fire, natural disaster, labor market conflict and enhanced defense preparedness.

Personal data
We process your personal information such as name, address, personal information, e-mail address, which you state when registering your account / at your purchase of goods. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is primarily administrative and to be able to carry out our commitments regarding your purchase of goods. To achieve this goal, we will also share your personal information with our subcontractor who, among other things, provides support and returns for our account. Your personal data may also be used by us for advertising and marketing purposes.

We are responsible for personal data in accordance with the GDPR Act (1998: 204) for the processing of the personal data you provide. You have the right to receive information once a year about which personal data we treat about you, by contacting us in writing in accordance with the contact information mentioned above regarding support. You have the right to simultaneously request a correction regarding incorrect information and to withdraw the consent given to the processing of personal data. However, we can by law be required to process data for a certain period of time.


Cookies are a passive text file, which is stored by your computer's or other device's web browser when connected to our website. We mainly use cookies to improve functions on our website but also to collect statistics about your use of the website. By using our webshop you agree that we use cookies. However, we would like to inform you that you can deny our use of cookies through settings in your browser. However, functions on the website will deteriorate in the event of such refusal.

Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third party website. Such websites are beyond our control. We therefore have no responsibility for third-party websites or their content, and not for damages arising from your use of third-party website services. We encourage you to carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party websites.

In case of a dispute in connection with the agreement and your purchase with us, Swedish law applies. We follow the recommendations of the General Board of Complaints Board, and if you want to bring a case to court, this must be done in a public court.
